中和禪寺牛形石

【修持的持續力--回大向一】


中和禪寺廣場的天井下方有一座牛形巨石，師父上人闡述了牛的多樣表法意涵：

 

比方效仿牛的耐性，保持學修上的精進度；佛家以牛車表大乘，大白牛車表一乘教，當我們看到牛的外相時要隨時提醒自己拓寬心量，慢慢從人天乘提升到一乘圓教，最後能涵融一切。佛法教育常以藝術作為表法工具，表法的用意是在幫助我們這些有緣眾生，因此佛法不會被一個意義給鎖死，而是你需要什麼，則以當下的環境來解說應用，所以說，佛法是活法。
